What We Do
On your first visit you will have a detailed assessment by the Physiotherapist who will then discuss their findings and management options to help you provide you with a package of treatments which best meet your individual needs.
All our therapists are highly experienced with a minimum of 5 years post graduate experience. This allows us to provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and treatments for a wide variety of sports, injuries and musculoskeletal problems.
Our Prices
Follow up treatments will be 30 minutes and costs £40.00.
24 Hour cancellation policy
Please try to contact us if you expect to be late or cannot make it. All clients are liable for the full cost of the appointment, if you fail to cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time.
Before Your Appointment
Remember to bring a change of loose fitting clothes. E.g. Shorts and T-shirt, and also if you’re a runner or wear specific sports shoes please bring them along with you.
Payment is required in full at the end of each therapy session
Clients with Health Insurance will need to check that they can reclaim their fees directly from their insurer. Please check your insurance policy and company directly for details.
Our Treatments
All pro health physiotherapy and massage therapy staff are trained in a variety of skills and can draw upon a large selection of treatment techniques including:

A selection of conditions we commonly see include:
Spinal pain
Lower back pain (aching, severe pain, ‘prolapsed disc’, spondylosis, arthritis), Sciatica, Neck pain and whiplash. Referred pain, Mid back and rib (thoracic stiffness/pain).
Soft tissue problems
Tennis/Golfers elbow, Shoulder dysfunction (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues), Muscle tears/strains, Ligament injuries, Repetitive strain injuries (RSI).
Work related issues
Ergonomic and workplace assessments, Repetitive strain injuries (RSI) and other over use injuries
Joint pain
Localized in the Back, Neck, Hip, knee, Ankle, Shoulder, Elbow and Wrist.
Our Team
Ms. Ines Espirito Santo BSc Physiotherapy qualified in 2006 at Escola Superior de Saude do Alcoitao (Portugal).
One year after starting working, she was promoted to manager of the physiotherapy team in a private practice in Lisbon. Since then she has been developing her work mainly in the orthopaedic and sports fields.
Ines’ approach to the body is based on a functional and integrated assessment and intervention to achieve optimal results for each individual.
Ines is a keen yoga enthusiast and has developed a successful and innovative concept in a yoga studio focusing on both prevention and rehab of yoga injuries.
She also enjoys teaching, which lead her to give seminars to undergraduate students, yoga teachers and, more recently, to physiotherapists.
Before moving to London she started an osteopathic degree which she is now developing further as a second Master degree at the British School of Osteopathy. (Expected 2014)
Her interests also include climbing, martial arts and hiking.
